Our Christmas Day buffet lunch features eight different sections, including appetizers, a dim sum station, salads (featuring Nam Khao Tod, and Vietnamese and Thai salads), cold seafood on ice, and hot dishes like Sumatran Lamb Curry, Malaysian Chicken Curry, roasted duck fat with pink eye potatoes, and Ayam Bakar BBQ marinated chicken.
