Head Chef Ted Lee will team up with Shambles Brewery’s Co-founder and General Manager, Cornel Ianculovici, to present a sensational five-course culinary journey. Indulge in the vibrant flavours of Mr. Good Guy’s South East Asian cuisine expertly paired with five hero beers carefully selected by Shambles Head Brewers.

Cornel Ianculovici, co-founder and general manager at Shambles Brewery. From a university hobby to a full-blown career shift, Cornel’s journey from science teacher to brewer and business owner began in 2016. With a passion for experimentation and a background in science, he crafts unique and flavourful beers that push the boundaries of taste.
ABOUT SHAMBLES BREWERY:
Located in an old warehouse on the vibrant North Hobart strip, just a few blocks from the CBD, Shambles Brewery was founded in early 2016 by a couple of keen home brewers. The brewery’s name pays tribute to the venue’s history as a butchery and small goods factory, (with the word “Shambles” originally meaning “meat market” in historical England).
Unlike breweries that focus on a particular theme or regional style, Shambles Brewery takes pride in producing a diverse range of beers of varying styles, with quality and creativity at the forefront of their brewing process. You can enjoy their delicious craft beers on-site or at other pubs around Tasmania. You can also take home a growler directly from the brewery, to continue the Shambles experience at home.
