Head Chef, Muhammad Fadly (known to everyone as Momo!) is known for bringing fresh energy and authentic Southeast Asian flavour to the heart of Devonport.
Born in Singapore, Momo grew up surrounded by food. His mum ran a traditional pastry stall and he spent his childhood watching her shape flavours with care. That early inspiration sparked a career that has now stretched across 22 years and six countries.
Before joining Mr. Good Guy, Momo cooked in world class hotels and restaurants. His experience includes The Regent in Singapore, The Ritz Carlton in Dubai, Marriott in Doha, Figaro in Russia, and major culinary teams in Sydney and Queensland. His background is global, but his approach is grounded. He respects tradition, loves innovation and always cooks with heart.
