The HM Awards received exceptional entries this year, spanning concierges, boutique hotels, chefs, and regional properties from across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific. Over the past two decades, these awards have seen more than 12,500 attendees and have celebrated over 1,000 hotel awards.

The HM Awards are the premier industry accolades in the region, honouring excellence in properties, departments, individuals, chains, and brands across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific. This year, nearly 50 awards will be presented across various categories.
