Christmas Day Buffet: What’s on the Table
This isn’t your average Christmas spread. Our chefs have pulled out all the stops with classic festive favourites given the full Mr. GG treatment, plus enough variety to keep everyone at the table very, very happy.
Seafood Plate
For an additional fee, start with a plated appetiser on arrival: Tasmanian Pacific Oysters (A), Poached King Prawns (I), Local Mussels (M) and Hot Smoked Salmon (M). Because Christmas should always start with seafood.
Charcuterie
Selected cured meats and Tasmanian farmhouse cheese, served with relish, grilled and fresh vegetables, seasonal and dried fruit, nuts, olives and artisan breads. The pre-feast feast.
Dumpling Station
Char Siu Pork Bao Buns, Prawn Har Gow (I), Pork Siu Mai, Crispy Seafood and Vegetable Spring Rolls (I), and Pork and Prawn Wontons (I). This is where the Mr. GG magic happens.
Salads
Garden Greens, Pasta Salad with Grilled Chicken, Charred Summer Vegetable Salad, Beets and Feta, Green Papaya Salad, and Asian-Style Coleslaw. Fresh, vibrant, and the perfect counterpoint to everything else on the table.
Roast Selection
The main event. Our Char Siu Glazed Ham with Five Spice Cranberry Marmalade, Jus and Crispy Pork Crackle, plus Soy and Palm Sugar Glazed Turkey with Stuffing, Gravy, Cumin Spiced Pumpkin Puree and Chilli Jam. Traditional Christmas, Mr. GG style.

Crispy Baby Potatoes and Fennel, Summer Vegetables with Lemon Herb Emulsion, Creamed Spinach and Parsnip, Pork Belly Agrodolce, Beef Ossobuco Caldereta, Seasonal Fish Fillet in Red Curry (M), Asian Style BBQ Chicken Thigh, Mr. Good Guy Fried Rice, and Asian Greens with Ginger Soy.
Dessert Corner
