Starting Monday 2 June, we’re shaking things up with a bold lineup of handcrafted cocktails, expertly mixed by our talented team and designed to send your taste buds on holiday.

From spicy street-market vibes to beachy sips with serious swagger, our June cocktail list is here to stir, shake, and sass things up.

Bangkok Breeze

Crisp, refreshing, and cheekily Thai. A highball with a little hustle.
Zesty lime and aromatic lemongrass come together for a drink that’s bold, breezy, and just the right amount of flirty.

Sling It Good

A nod to the Singapore Sling — stripped back and sassier.
Fruity, feisty, and totally unapologetic. This rebel ditched tradition and got a makeover your palate won’t forget.

Mekhong Mule

Spicy and sour with a Thai street-market kick.
Tamarind tang + ginger zing = a Muay Thai match in your mouth. Packed with punch and personality.
